Ingredients

600 g Woolworths crumbed pork schnitzels
4-6 free-range eggs
1 Woolworths Romaine lettuce
Woolworths Caesar salad dressing, for serving
a handful dill
Woolworths pickled red onion petals, for serving
Woolworths exotic tomatoes, for serving
Parmesan, grated, for serving
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Method

1. Air-fry or bake the schnitzels according to package instructions.

2. Boil the eggs to your liking (see cook’s note).

3. Toss the lettuce with the salad dressing. Place the salad on top of the schnitzels, then top with a boiled egg, the dill, pickled onions and exotic tomatoes.

4. Sprinkle with Parmesan and season to taste.

Cook’s Note: We recommend 6½ minutes’ boiling time for a perfectly boiled egg.
