Crumbed pork fillet sando




This sandwich is a crowd-pleaser with its balance of textures – crispy, crunchy, creamy and tangy. It’s a perfect lunch that’s both quick to prepare and delicious.

- 650 g Woolworths crumbed pork fillets
- 4 T Woolworths white mini loaves
- 4 T Woolworths Extremely Creamy mayonnaise
- 4 T Woolworths Asian satay sauce
- radishes, lightly pickled, to garnish
- Woolworths pickled red onion petals, to garnish
- coriander, to garnish
Method
Ingredients
1. Air-fry the pork fillets according to package instructions until crispy and cooked through. Set aside.
2. Slice and air-fry the mini loaves until slightly toasted.
3. Spread the mayonnaise onto each toasted loaf and fill with the pork fillets.
4. Top with the satay sauce and garnish with pickled radishes, red onions and fresh coriander.
