- 2 - 4 slices ciabatta
- ricotta or cream cheese, to serve
- Woolworths frozen peas, blanched and smashed, to serve
- avocado, to serve
- lemon juice, to taste
- salt and black pepper, to taste
1. Toast slices of ciabatta in a griddle pan until crispy and golden brown.
2. Add a smear of ricotta or cream cheese, smashed, blanched frozen peas, fresh avocado, lemon juice, and salt and pepper.
