Ingredients

  • 2 - 4 slices ciabatta
  • ricotta or cream cheese, to serve
  • Woolworths frozen peas, blanched and smashed, to serve
  • avocado, to serve
  • lemon juice, to taste
  • salt and black pepper, to taste

Cooking Instructions

1. Toast slices of ciabatta in a griddle pan until crispy and golden brown.
2. Add a smear of ricotta or cream cheese, smashed, blanched frozen peas, fresh avocado, lemon juice, and salt and pepper.
