Coconut apple with shredded fresh coconut and halva

Ingredients
- 2 Granny Smith apples, peeled
- ½ cup desiccated coconut
- 100 g halva
- a few shards of fresh or dried coconut
Cooking Instructions
Drizzle the lemon juice over the apple to prevent discolouration. Roll in the fine coconut to cover. Serve in a bowl with the halva and coconut shards.
