- 2 red onions, sliced
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 T masala or mild curry powder
- 1 chilli, chopped
- 8 tomatoes, sliced
- 2 cucumbers, peeled and sliced
Sprinkle the red onion with salt and allow to rest for 10 minutes. Rinse under running water, pat dry with a cloth and sprinkle with the masala.
Combine the chilli with the lemon juice. Plate the salad in layers of onion, tomato and cucumber. Drizzle with the chilli lemon juice and
season to taste.
