Keep school-holiday snacking easy with a fun platter of crispy crinkle-cut fries, mini pork pies, juicy tomatoes, watermelon and sweet treats. A quick ClemenGold® sorbet shake adds something cool and refreshing on the side, while cake, sour cherries and jelly beans make the spread feel a little more special. It’s an easy option for playdates, relaxed lunches or afternoons when everyone wants something different.

Ingredients

Method
  • 500 g frozen crinkle cut potato chips
  • 1 x 4 Woolies pork pies
  • tomato Sauce, to serve
  • 100 g rosa tomatoes, halved
  • 3 cups ClemenGold® sorbet
  • 1 cup milk
  • 50 g Woolies sour cherries
  • 1 x 10 cm mini vanilla dream gift cake
  • 125 g free-from gelatine sour jelly beans
  • ¼ watermelon, cut into triangles

Method

Ingredients

1. Place the Frozen Crinkle Cut Potato Chips in a preheated air fryer of 180°C for 10–12 minutes.

2. Add the Pork Pies and cook for a further 8–10 minutes. Arrange on a small platter with a glug of tomato sauce and Rosa tomatoes.

3. Blend the ClemenGold® Sorbet with the milk and pour into small cups or glasses. Garnish with sour cherries.

4. Arrange the rest of the treats on small plates or platters.
