Ingredients

  • 500 g Woolworths phyllo pastry
  • 50 g butter, melted
  • 150 g Wooliesbabes fresh butter chicken baby meal
  • 150 g Wooliesbabes fresh butternut and sage risotto baby meal
  • 150 g Wooliesbabes fresh lamb, veggies, lentils & brown rice meal
  • 180 g Woolworths creamy potato mash
  • 60 g Woolworths grated mature cheddar cheese
  • 30 g baby gem lettuce, for serving
  • 20 g cucumber, thinly sliced, for serving
  • 30 g tomatoes, halved

Cooking Instructions


1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

2. Cut the phyllo pastry into 12 equal squares.

3. Butter one side of each phyllo square, then place into a muffin pan. Place another square on top, then bake for 3–5 minutes until slightly crispy.

4. Fill the phyllo tart shells with Wooliesbabes savoury meals, then top with the mashed potatoes and cheese.

5. Bake until the cheese is melted, about 5–10 minutes.
