Ingredients

Method
  • 100 g pack Woolworths mortadella, thinly sliced
  • 125 g Woolworths burratina mozzarella, torn
  • 1 Woolworths stonebaked Thin and Crispy pizza base
  • 50 g pistachios, coarsely chopped
  • 4 T basil pesto
  • sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Method

Ingredients

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.

2. Arrange the mortadella and mozzarella on the pizza base and bake for 8–10 minutes.

3. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with the pistachios and spoon over the basil pesto.

4. Season to taste and serve immediately.
