Serves Makes 9 squares

Prep Time 5 minutes, plus 30 minutes’ chilling time

Cooking Time 10 minutes

Ingredients

150 g butter
400 g pink and white marshmallows
50 g Klim milk powder
4 cups cornflakes
1 t salt

Method

1. Melt the butter in a medium-sized saucepan. Add the marshmallows and stir continually until completely melted.

2. Add the milk powder and stir until combined. Add the cornflakes and gently stir to coat in the melted marshmallow mixture. Season with salt.

3. Grease and line a 20cm x 20cm square baking tin, then pour in the mixture and press down using a lightly greased spatula. Sprinkle with a bit of flaky salt if you like, then chill for 30 minutes. Cut into squares to serve.
