Piled-up Lamingtons with chocolate shards

  • 100 g bar chilli dark chocolate
  • 1 x 8 pack lamingtons

Melt the chocolate and spread it onto a silicone mat. Chill until set then break into shards. Turn the lamingtons onto a platter and garnish with the chocolate shards.
