Pink gin apple delight

  • 8 tots pink gin
  • 8 tots Appletizer or sparkling mineral water
  • Crushed ice
  • 1 Turkish Delight, sliced in four strips lengthwise
  • 1 Pink Lady apple

Place the martini glasses in the freezer half an hour before serving. To make gin pink, add a few drops of Agostura Bitters.
Pour over a scoop of ice in a cocktail shaker and shake well. Remove the glasses from the freezer and pour gin mixture into the glasses. Top with Appletizer or mineral water.
Slice apple thinly and place over the glass rim as a garnish. Place sliced Turkish Delight on top.
Serve immediately.
