Ingredients

Method
  • 250 g raspberries
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup yoghurt
  • 15 g fresh mint, plus extra for garnishing
  • plus extra raspberries for garnishing

Using a food processor, process all the ingredients until smooth. Pour into glasses and garnish with a few raspberries and fresh mint.
