Smoky mezcal passionfruit-yuzu tiki

5 minutesThis passionfruit Tiki is simply delicious — smoky, sweet, and tangy. Woolworths’ passion fruit and yuzu–flavoured cordial adds a bright citrus flavour. Mix in mezcal and rum, and you’re in for a party! For a non-alcoholic take, just top up with sparkling water. Don’t forget the pineapple and cherry garnishes for that classic tiki vibe!

- 2 tots mezcal
- 1 tot white or gold rum
- 1 tot Woolworths passionfruit and yuzu flavoured cordial
- 1 tot fresh lime juice
- Woolworths natural spring water ice cubes, crushed
- Woolworths sparkling natural spring water (optional)
- pineapple wedge, to garnish
- Maraschino cherries, to garnish
- granadilla, to garnish
Method
Ingredients
1. Shake all the ingredients with ice and strain into a tiki mug or rocks glass filled with crushed ice.
2. Top with sparkling water if using.
3. Garnish with pineapple, a Maraschino cherry skewer and granadilla.
