Smoky mezcal passionfruit-yuzu tiki

This passionfruit Tiki is simply delicious — smoky, sweet, and tangy. Woolworths’ passion fruit and yuzu–flavoured cordial adds a bright citrus flavour. Mix in mezcal and rum, and you’re in for a party! For a non-alcoholic take, just top up with sparkling water. Don’t forget the pineapple and cherry garnishes for that classic tiki vibe!

Ingredients

Method
  • 2 tots mezcal 
  • 1 tot white or gold rum
  • 1 tot Woolworths passionfruit and yuzu flavoured cordial
  • 1 tot fresh lime juice 
  • Woolworths natural spring water ice cubes, crushed 
  • Woolworths sparkling natural spring water (optional)  
  • pineapple wedge, to garnish  
  • Maraschino cherries, to garnish  
  • granadilla, to garnish 

1. Shake all the ingredients with ice and strain into a tiki mug or rocks glass filled with crushed ice.

2. Top with sparkling water if using.

3. Garnish with pineapple, a Maraschino cherry skewer and granadilla.
