Ingredients
Method- 200 g dark chocolate
- 2 star anise
- Cinnamon, dusted
- 2-3 cups milk
- 1-2 tots brandy or amarula
- Nestle caramel treat
Method
IngredientsIn a bowl, suspended over a saucepan of water on a medium to low heat, melt the dark chocolate. Pour into a clean saucepan over a low heat and add anise and a dusting of cinnamon.
Slowly add milk and brandy or Amarula, if desired. Spoon a dollop of Nestle Caramel Treat into four glasses and top up with the hot chocolate
