Woolworths just keeps making it easier to get dinner on the table. Case in point, free-range chicken frikkadels, filled with (wait for it) mature Cheddar. Seasoned with a blend of herbs and spices with a light toasted crumb, these frikkadels are just what your supper plans call for. SERVING SUGGESTION
Prepare the chicken frikkadels according to package instructions. Heat 1 T butter and 1 T olive oil in a saucepan, then add 4 cloves thinly sliced garlic and cook until slightly caramelised. Add 10 g finely chopped parsley and 5 g finely chopped basil and cook for 3 minutes. Toss cooked pasta with the herbed butter, add the frikkadels and serve with freshly chopped parsley, topped with Parmesan or ricotta if you like.
