Ingredients:
butter 180 g
icing sugar 50 g
flour 175 g
custard powder 1 T
1 To make the custard cookies, cream the butter and icing sugar, then sift in the remaining ingredients.
2 Either pipe the mixture onto a greased baking tray or roll into balls and flatten slightly using a fork.
3 Bake at 160°C for 15 minutes.
