Marinades made with dairy, such as buttermilk or yoghurt, work very well with chicken wings. Marinate wings for at least 30 minutes in the fridge before you cook them, this will ensure they’re full of flavour. The more marinating time you allow, the better the wings will taste. Make sure they’re well seasoned, too. If you’re pressed for time, cut the wings in half to make winglets and roast for 10–15 minutes.
Now all you have to do now is choose whether you want them crumbed, sticky, spicy, roasted or extra crispy!
