Tom Collins
The Original Dry Gin is a balanced and distinctive gin that blends classic gin botanicals with aromatic Cape gooseberries and baobab fruit. To make this classic Tom Collins, add 50ml Whitley Neill Original Dry Gin, 20ml lemon juice, and 15ml sugar syrup to a highball glass with ice and top up with Hall & Bramley Indian tonic. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
Floral Orchid
Protea and hibiscus flavours combine to bring a distinctive floral note to create a smooth gin with a remarkable taste. Combine 50ml Whitley Neill Protea & Hibiscus Gin, 15ml Elderflower cordial, 20ml cranberry juice, and 20ml lemon juice. Top up with Hall & Bramley pink tonic and add a sprig of thyme to garnish.
Aloe Sunset
The Aloe & Cucumber variant was recently awarded the top flavoured gin at the Old Mutual Trophy Spirits Show 2020. To make an Aloe Sunset, mix 50ml Whitley Neill Aloe & Cucumber Gin, 20ml lime juice, and 20ml litchi juice. Top up with Hall & Bramley Indian or pink tonic and garnish with a grapefruit wedge and some fresh mint.
