Ever since I got a juicer, I have been juice obsessed and making all sorts of different types. Then I remembered mimosas, and decided to think beyond orange juice. This one is special, and the savoury notes in the celery make it an unlikely hit!" – Khanya Mzongwana

Ingredients

Method
  • 7 Forelle pears, quartered
  • 3 celery sticks
  • 1 x 750 ml Woolworths WCC Brut bottle

1. Juice 6 pears and the celery. Divide between Champagne coupes and top with the Brut.

2. Thinly slice the remaining pear and use to garnish the cocktails.
