Grana Padano garlic bread

Give garlic bread an easy, flavour-filled upgrade with a few simple additions: Calabrian chilli paste, red pepper-and-chilli pesto and, of course, grated Grana Padano. It’s a spicy, cheesy, Italian-inspired guests that will have your guests loading up their plates at your next braai.

- 1 x 360 g Woolworths Heat and Eat garlic butter filled ciabatta
- 4 T Woolworths Calabrian chilli paste
- 100 g Grana Padano, grated
- 2 T Woolworths medium fat butter with garlic and herbs, melted
- 1 x 140 g Woolworths red pepper and Calabrian chilli pesto
Method
Ingredients
1 Preheat the oven to 200°C. Place the ciabatta on a baking sheet and spread the chilli paste between the slices.
2 Scatter liberally with half of grated Grana Padano and drizzle with the melted butter.
3 Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until crusty and gooey.
4 Sprinkle with the remaining Grana Padano and serve immediately with the red pepper and chilli pesto.
