  • 250 g Woolworths salted nacho chips
  • 70 g Woolworths Serrano ham
  • 70 g Grana Padano, finely grated
  • 50 g Woolworths Italian olive collection, drained
  • 50 g Woolworths roasted cherry tomatoes, drained, plus 1 T marinating liquid
  • 50 g caperberries, drained
  • 3 T Woolworths Extremely Creamy mayonnaise
  • 1 T Woolworths ‘nduja paste
  • 1 lemon, juiced (optional)

Method

Ingredients
  1. Layer the nacho chips, ham and Grana Padano, repeating the layers 2–3 time times, finishing with a generous layer of cheese.
  2. Garnish with the olives, cherry tomatoes and caperberries.
  3. Mix the mayonnaise, ‘nduja paste and lemon juice, if using. Dollop onto the nachos before serving or serve alongside as a dip.
