Smoked cheese-and-bacon pork griller skewers

Is there any pairing more delicious than cheese and bacon? We don’t think so. Combine them in a pork griller and we’re sold. For an extra-smoky flavour, these kebabs are seared in a griddle pan. You can use any veggies you prefer.
Ingredients

- 350 g Woolworths smoked cheese-and-bacon pork grillers
- 250 g Woolworths snacking peppers, halved and seeded
- 2 large baby marrows, cut into ribbons
- 2 red onion, cut into large petals
- 2 T olive oil
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 4 T crème fraîche
- 4 T basil pesto
Method
Ingredients
- Soak bamboo skewers in water for 20–30 minutes.
- Slice the pork grillers into rounds and thread one or two onto a skewer, followed by the peppers, baby marrows and red onion petals. Repeat until the skewers are full.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season.
- Heat a griddle pan until very hot and grill each skewer for 5–7 minutes on each side, or until cooked and slightly charred.
- Mix the crème fraîche and basil pesto and serve with the skewers.
