This charcuterie naan with figs will be my ultimate downfall – it's so good I could eat it every single day. Ripe black figs, goat’s cheese and pancetta come together on Woolies’ plain naan, which is a perfect blank canvas for almost anything.

Ingredients

Method
  • 4 Woolworths plain naan
  • 200 g Woolworths creamy cheese sauce
  • 200 g pancetta
  • 100 g Woolworths Cremezola or goat’s milk chevin, sliced
  • 300 g black figs
  • 4 T extra virgin olive oil
  • 200 g Parma ham
  • 2 thyme sprigs, leaves picked

Method

Ingredients

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Place the naan on a baking sheet and spread with the cheese sauce. Top with the pancetta, Cremezola or chevin and a few torn figs. Drizzle with olive oil.

2. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and bubbling. Add the Parma ham and more fresh torn figs and sprinkle with the thyme. Serve immediately.
