The ultimate all-rounder: a classic supreme pizza layered with hearty meat and just enough crunch from fresh veg to keep things interesting.

Ingredients

Method
  • 2 x 135 g Woolworths stone-baked Thin & Crispy pizza bases
  • 200 g mozzarella, grated
  • 3 Woolworths pork-and-herb bangers, casings removed and panfried until crisp and golden
  • 75 g Woolworths sliced smoked pepperoni salami
  • ½ green pepper, sliced
  • ½ red onion, sliced
  • 50 g Woolworths portabellini mushrooms, sliced

Method

Ingredients

1. Spread the mozzarella onto the pizza bases, then top with the pan-fried pork, pepperoni, green pepper, red onion and mushrooms.

2. Bake at 220°C until golden and crispy.

3. Slice and serve immediately.
