- 2 cobs sweetcorn on the cob
- 1 x 540 g jar Woolworths corn chowder soup
- 2 spring onions, finely sliced
- 4 T creme fraiche
- 4 lime wedges
Method
Ingredients
1. Char the corn over a gas flame for 2–3 minutes on each side. Slice the corn off the cob lengthways.
2. Heat the chowder in a small saucepan over a medium heat. Divide between bowls, then top with the corn, spring onion, a dollop of creme fraiche and serve with the lime wedges.
