Ingredients
Method- 2 T gin
- 2 T Campari
- 2 T sweet vermouth
- crushed ice
- sparkling water (optional)
Method
IngredientsPour the gin, Campari and sweet vermouth into a cocktail shaker or straight into a glass. Shake or stir and pour over crushed ice. Top with sparkling water for a more subtle Negroni.
Cook’s note: Rub a piece of orange peel around the rim of the glass or garnish with an orange wedge.
