  • 2 T gin
  • 2 T Campari
  • 2 T sweet vermouth
  • crushed ice
  • sparkling water (optional)

Cooking Instructions

Pour the gin, Campari and sweet vermouth into a cocktail shaker or straight into a glass. Shake or stir and pour over crushed ice. Top with sparkling water for a more subtle Negroni.

Cook’s note: Rub a piece of orange peel around the rim of the glass or garnish with an orange wedge.
