  • 400 g cooked gammon
  • 200 g strawberries
  • 10 ml basil pesto
  • 10 ml grainy mustard

Method

Ingredients

Slice the gammon thinly and arrange on serving plates.

Dice the strawberries and gently stir through the basil pesto and mustard.

Serve a generous dollop on the side of the gammon.
