Peanut butter and banana scone

Ingredients
- 1 cup selfraising flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 heaping tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup peanut butter (smooth/crunchy/caramel)
- 6 frozen banana slices / fresh banana slices
- 2 teaspoons white sugar
Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 230 oC. Beat the milk, mayo and peanut butter together. Add the self raising flour and sugar. Mix lightly. Spoon into six muffin cups coated with nonstick cooking spray/wrappers. Press 1 frozen / fresh banana slice into each centre, cover with mixture. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack. Serve warm.
