Ingredients
Method- 2 free-range eggs
- 3 T sugar
- 3 T self-raising flour
- ½ cup orange marmalade
- 100 g dark chocolate, melted
Method
Ingredients1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Using an electric mixer at a medium-high speed, cream the eggs and sugar together. Fold in the flour. Spoon the mixture into a greased muffin pan and bake for 10 minutes.
2. Allow to cool slightly, then remove from the pan. Top each biscuit with 1 T marmalade and some melted chocolate. Chill for 5 minutes to set
