Method
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 1/2 cups olive oil
  • 30 g capers
  • 2 t rosemary
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 t honey

Ingredients

Mix all the ingredients together and use as a marinade for snoek.
