Crispy chilli peanut sprinkle

1. Combine the water and almond milk powder in a small saucepan. Simmer then add the quinoa.
2. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Add the brown sugar and cinnamon stick.
4. Cook for a further 5 minutes, then serve with poached fruit and cinnamon sugar.
