Shredded tofu-and-crispy kale salad

Toast the bread slices, then place on a serving dish.
Heat the oil in a skillet, add the garlic and chilli and cook for a few seconds, then add the mushrooms. Season to taste, cover and cook over a low heat until soft.
Scoop the sautéed mushrooms on the toasted bread and sprinkle with the parsley.
