Ingredients

Method
  • 1 x 350 g Woolworths exotic tomatoes punnet
  • 2 balls fresh buffalo mozzarella
  • smoked Maldon salt, to taste
  • freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 x 35 g Woolworths crimson microgreens punnet
  • 10 g Woolworths edible flowers
  • olive oil, for drizzling
  • balsamic crema, for drizzling
  • pomegranate rubies a handful

Method

Ingredients

Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella. Season, then add the microgreens and flowers. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic crema, then scatter over the pomegranate rubies.
