Ingredients
- 1 x 350 g Woolworths exotic tomatoes punnet
- 2 balls fresh buffalo mozzarella
- smoked Maldon salt, to taste
- freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 x 35 g Woolworths crimson microgreens punnet
- 10 g Woolworths edible flowers
- olive oil, for drizzling
- balsamic crema, for drizzling
- pomegranate rubies a handful
Cooking Instructions
Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella. Season, then add the microgreens and flowers. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic crema, then scatter over the pomegranate rubies.
