Watch: easy asparagus-and-feta tart

Preheat oven to 200°C.

Place 1 x 250g sheet of Woolworths Frozen All Butter puff pastry on a baking tray. With a sharp knife, score a border around the edge of the pastry - it's the secret to a puffy crust! Brush the border with a little melted butter.

Crumble 170g sheep and goats milk feta into the centre. Top with 150g asparagus spears, drizzle with olive oil and season with a little salt and black pepper.

Bake in a preheated oven for 15 – 20 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and crisp and the asparagus just tender.
