1 kg Woolworths frozen potato mash
1 kg Woolworths frozen sweet potato mash
browned butter, to serve
grated Parmesan, to serve
crispy fried sage leaves, to serve

Method

1. Cook frozen potato mash and frozen sweet potato mash according to package instructions. Serve with browned butter, grated Parmesan and crispy fried sage leaves.
