For the meaty version, we’ve added succulent pork fillet, but you can go to town with the protein of your choice – chicken or beef strips would work really well too. For the vegetarian version, the world is your veggie garden, so to speak. We’ve used carrots and Tenderstem broccoli, but baby corn and mangetout would also go down a treat.
