Banana-and-almond muesli bowl

Ingredients

  • 350 g Woolworths baked crunchy granola
  • 3 T chia seeds
  • 3 T pumpkin seeds
  • 50 g coconut flakes
  • 50 g raw almonds, toasted
  • 2 almond milk
  • 2 bananas, halved lengthways
  • 4 T seasonal honey
  • 4 T peanut butter

Method

  1. Combine the granola, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, coconut flakes and almonds.
  2. Serve with almond milk, banana, honey and a spoonful of peanut butter.

Cook's note: Breakfast bowls are an easy way to get a good helping of seeds, nuts and seasonal fruit. Mix up a big batch of the granola, seed and nut mix for the week. Add milk, banana, peanut butter and honey and you’re good to go.
