Tiramisu with readymade sponge cake

Ingredients

  • 4 slices of store-bought chocolate sponge cake
  • 4 T good-quality espresso
  • Mascarpone
  • Dark chocolate

Method

Divide thick slices of store-bought chocolate sponge cake between individual dishes and drench in good-quality espresso.

Top with spoonfuls of mascarpone and garnish with dark chocolate curls.
