- 4 green apples
- 1 T treacle sugar
- 3 T maple syrup
- Cream or ice cream
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Slice four green apples in half and arrange in a baking tray. Add lashings of butter, a sprinkling of cinnamon, treacle sugar and maple syrup.
Bake for 25 minutes or so, until caramelised and softened slightly, turning occasionally. Serve hot with cream or ice cream.
