Ingredients

2 Woolworths frozen ready-made crêpes
1 small tub of strawberry or any ice cream of your choice

Method

Place the thawed pancakes on a flat surface. Scoop ice cream onto pancake and smear over pancakes.
Roll into a sausage. Individually wrap pancakes with cling wrap & freeze.
Remove, slice and serve.
Hints & tips: Can be served at any time, with tea or coffee or ideally with champagne
