Savoury Dutch baby

Ingredients

4 large free-range eggs
140 g cake flour
1½ cups full-cream milk
1 T sugar
sea salt, to taste
2 T butter
50 g Woolworths coppa
10 g Emmental cheese, finely grated
Woolworths Cremezola medium-fat semi-soft blue cheese, for serving (optional)
mixed olives, for serving (optional)
honey, for drizzling (optional)

Method

Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Whisk together the eggs, flour, milk, sugar and salt until smooth.
Heat the butter in a cast-iron skillet, then pour in the batter and top with the coppa and Emmental. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden and lightly puffed.
Serve with the Cremezola, mixed olives and honey, if using.
