Smoked chicken and peach salad with honey-mustard dressing

Ingredients

  • Smoked chicken breast
  • Fresh peach slices
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Honey-mustard dressing:

  • 1/2 cup sunflower oil
  • Juice of a lemon
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • Seasoning

Method

Alternate sliced smoked chicken breast with fresh peach slices. Add cos lettuce leaves. Spoon over a honey-mustard dressing: Blend 1/2 cup sunflower oil, juice of a lemon, 2 teaspoons honey, 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard and some seasoning.
