Ingredients

For the coconut caramel:

1 x 400 ml can Woolworths Coconut Milk
100 g Woolworths Coconut Sugar
½ t Woolworths Vanilla Extract
¼ t salt

For the pudding:

1 pack Wooloworths dark chocolate brownie bites
150 g Woolworths Caramel Coated Air Popped Corn
140 g Woolworths Chuckles® Malted Puffs Milk Chocolate Clusters
100 g Woolworths Dry Roasted Honey Glazed Cashews, chopped

Method

1. To make the caramel, place all the ingredients in a pan. Simmer for 20 minutes until reduced slightly. Cool and allow to thicken.

2. Pile the remaining ingredients on a serving platter and drizzle over the caramel.
