Woolworths’ angelfish goujons are this year’s must-have ingredient for busy home cooks. Air-fry or oven-bake for 8 minutes and they’re ready to serve with salads for a quick lunch, add to seafood platters when entertaining, pair with a punchy dipping sauce for a no-fuss after-school snack or add to wraps for an easy and filling lunchbox solution. With options this endless, it’s a no-brainer that these ciabatta-crumbed tenders made with 72% wild-caught angelfish will be a regular on your shopping list.


  • 500 g Woolworths angelfish goujons 
  • 4 wraps 
  • 300 g Woolworths rainbow slaw 
  • ½ Mediterranean cucumber, sliced 
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise 
  • 4 T basil pesto 

Cooking Instructions

1. Cook the angelfish according to the packaging instructions

2. Spread the wraps with mayo and pesto

3. Add the slaw, cucumber and angelfish and wrap up.

Cook's note: Add sliced avo, or omit the pesto and add sriracha for a zingy kick.
