- 12 baby marrows
- 140 g flour
- 1 T cayenne pepper
- 2 cups oil
- Garlic mayo, for serving
Slice 12 baby marrows into matchsticks and pat dry using kitchen paper.
Toss in 140 g seasoned flour with 1 T cayenne pepper.
Heat 2 cups oil and fry the baby marrows in batches for 4 minutes or until crunchy.
Drain on kitchen paper and serve with garlic mayo.
