- 250 g fresh ricotta
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 2 tablespoon radish, chopped or cut in julienne strips
Smear two dario moulds or ramekins with butter.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a food processor, blend cheese, honey and paprika until smooth.
Divide the cheese mixture into moulds.
Bake in oven for 10 –15 mins until golden brown.
Remove from moulds and plate.
Top with radish, and drizzle with honey. Serve warm with crusty bread.
