BBQ chicken lunchbox wraps

These easy BBQ chicken wraps are layered with salad cream, tomatoes, lettuce and sliced chicken, then folded so they stay neatly together in the lunchbox. Pack them with fruit, yoghurt and a few favourite snacks for a quick, fuss-free school lunch.

- 1 x 8 -pack Woolworths White Flour Wraps
- 4 tbsp Woolworths Salad Cream
- 100 g Rosa tomatoes, halved or quartered
- 80 g Woolworths Crunchita Lettuce
- 1 x 140 g Woolworths Sliced BBQ Chicken Breast
- 1 x 100 g Woolworths Mango and Ginger Fruit Mix
- 100 g cheddar, cut into cubes
- 12 Woolworths Mini Rice Cakes with Milk Chocolate
- 50 g Woolworths Watermelon Flavoured Slices
- 2 x 150 g Woolworths Double Cream Ayrshire Strained ClemenGoldÒ Yoghurt
- 4 x 100 ml Woolworths Cold Pressed The Mother Shot
Method
Ingredients
1. Lay the wrap flat on a cutting board. Start from the centre and slice towards the outer edge of the wrap. You should end up with a wrap that has two little flaps.
2. Spread salad cream on a quarter on the right side of the cut. Top with tomatoes.
3. Working anticlockwise, arrange the lettuce on the next quarter. Follow with the chicken.
4. Fold the bottom left part of the wrap upwards, over the lettuce and continue anticlockwise.
5. Pack into a lunchbox with the rest of the snacks.
