- 400 g Stroganoff Cook-in-sauce
- 920 g Potato Croquette Bake
- 500 g Free Range Beef Stroganoff
- 2 T Woolworths Mediterranean Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 225 g Mild Mustard
- 500 ml Fresh Vanilla Custard
Method
Ingredients
1. Add olive oil to a pan and cook the beef strips according to package instructions.
2. Add in the stroganoff sauce and allow to simmer and cook through.
3. In the meantime, bake the potato croquette bake according to the package instructions.
4. For extra flavour, top beef with wholegrain mustard before serving.
5. Finish dinner with sweet, fresh vanilla custard.
